1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Saker Ventures Limited, a Hong Kong company trading as Saker Card ("Saker," "we," "our," or "us"). Our registered office is Unit 513, 5/F, 143 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. By creating an account, accepting these Terms in the Saker app, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Saker.
Saker is currently in private beta. Features, supported regions, assets, networks, limits, fees, and provider availability may change before general release.
2. Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and live in a region where the relevant Saker services are offered. You must provide accurate information and successfully complete any identity, sanctions, fraud, risk, and eligibility checks required by Saker or its providers.
Access to one feature does not guarantee access to another. A card or funding route may be unavailable based on region, verification outcome, provider requirements, technical conditions, or risk controls.
3. Your account and security
You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account, device, and Saker session. You must promptly notify us at developer@sakercards.com if you suspect unauthorized access or activity.
You may not transfer your account, impersonate another person, provide false information, evade restrictions, or use Saker for unlawful or prohibited activity. We may restrict or suspend access while investigating security, compliance, provider, or legal concerns.
4. Identity verification
Identity verification is performed with the help of specialist providers. You authorize Saker and those providers to collect, verify, and share information as described in the applicable privacy notices. Verification may require a government identity document, selfie or video, address information, and other evidence. A successful check does not create a right to receive every Saker feature.
5. Funding and supported digital assets
The Saker app displays the digital assets, token contracts, networks, deposit addresses, minimum amounts, and fees currently supported for your account. You are solely responsible for confirming every detail before sending a transaction.
- Only send the exact supported asset on the exact network shown in the app.
- Do not send an asset below a disclosed minimum or from a source you are not authorized to use.
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Saker cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent using the wrong asset, token contract, address, or network.
- Credits may require network confirmations, screening, reconciliation, and provider processing before becoming available.
- Balances shown by Saker reflect our records for the service and may not equal a self-custodied blockchain balance.
You do not receive a private key or seed phrase for a platform-provided deposit address. Do not treat it as a self-custody wallet.
6. Card service
Virtual card availability is subject to approval, program rules, provider support, and any additional cardholder agreement presented before activation. A card may have separate fees, limits, merchant restrictions, geographic restrictions, expiration dates, or other terms.
You must use the card only for lawful personal transactions and must not use it for prohibited goods, cash-like activity, fraudulent transactions, or any activity disallowed by the card program or applicable law. You must review activity and report transactions you do not recognize without unreasonable delay.
7. Fees, rates, and limits
Applicable fees, minimum amounts, and limits are shown in the Saker app or in provider disclosures before the relevant action. Network conditions and third-party fees may change. You authorize Saker and its providers to deduct disclosed fees and transaction amounts from available balances as permitted by the service.
8. Important risks
- Digital assets are not legal tender in most jurisdictions and may not be protected by deposit insurance.
- Asset values, network fees, and confirmation times can change rapidly.
- Blockchain, internet, provider, and card-network services may be delayed, interrupted, congested, or unavailable.
- Legal or regulatory changes may limit, suspend, or end features in a region.
- Saker does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
9. Third-party services
Saker relies on third parties for identity verification, infrastructure, blockchain access, communications, card programs, payment processing, and other functions. The current card-service integration uses Native where available; the legal issuing entity and applicable cardholder agreement are disclosed before activation. Third-party terms and privacy notices may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under these Terms and applicable law.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change or discontinue features, update these Terms, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, provider requirements, legal compliance, or risk management. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, or email.
You may stop using Saker and request account closure. We may retain financial, compliance, fraud-prevention, security, tax, and audit records as required or permitted by law. See our account deletion instructions.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saker is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, that every transaction will complete by a particular time, or that every asset, network, merchant, or region will remain supported.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your responsibility for losses will be limited to losses directly caused by your breach, fraud, unlawful conduct, or failure to follow clear security and transfer instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
12. General
If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Saker business, subject to applicable law.
